I'd check with Jim Followell. He refurbishes his carts beautifully, stands by them and is one of the most honest men I've ever met.

We are looking also... don't need a new $10k+ cart just for the winter months. Can you post phone # or location? Used carts here in TN appear to be a lot less expensive than in TV area but I would rather buy local.

Be careful with the carts you buy outside the Villages. They may cost some what less but by the time you have high speed gears, headlights, turn signals and enclosure installed, you'll end up spending more. So make sure you're comparing apples to apples.

I second the recommendation for Jim Followell. I have known him for many years and he is the best. I have purchased two used carts since I moved here.

I will be moving to The Villages later in the year. We have already purchased a home and are now trying to decide where to buy another golf cart. Who else knows about Discount Village Golf Carts on 466? I have heard some nice things. Any and all thoughts truly appreciated.

Sweetie bought both of our carts, one gas and one electric from villagers. One who was moving away and one had a death in the family.
He is good with things like cars. We bought our four seater gas cart seven years ago used and I think because of his good care of it it is still going strong.
He bought the Parcar a couple of years ago and it needed new batteries. (not cheap, new batteries) but it too is doing fine. It was newer than the gas cart.
He changes the filter and the oil at the times needed. And he washes the salt off of it after it snows.
(Just threw that in to see if you were paying attention)
