Open houses 1-3

I wish they would have some open house like from 3-5 or 4-6..most people are at activities from 1-3...i have missed many because of my activities..
It never fails everytime i see a home i would lke to look into....it is from 1-3. I know i could call and make an appt...but not the same !!!!!

As a former real estate broker, it's been my experience that many home owners refuse later open houses because they are returning home from activities, and they start preparing dinner around 4 to 5 PM.

Have you called the Villages Sales Office to talk about the timing of open houses? Perhaps later times for open houses on unoccupied homes might be a possibility.
