Thanks for the update. We'll have to check it out. Another good reason to go for a golf cart ride.

Panoramio - Photo of Golf Cart Bridge, Looking North on 441/301 (http://www.panoramio.com/photo/10085640)

Follow the sign. That's the golf cart bridge over US 441/27 near Spanish Springs Square. The park is located under those trees to the right in the picture.

Here is a map. http://www.yelp.com/map/paradise-dog-park-lady-lake Morse Blvd. becomes W. Boone CT. on the east side of US 441/27. You then take a right going south on Paradise Drive.

I thought that they were going to install exercise equipment on those little paths. If they don't, I see this as a total waste of money. The money would have been better spent ensuring that the lake doesn't turn into a stinking mud hole in the winter.

We went to Paradise Park yesterday and it is beautiful. It will be exceptional after a few years with the azaleas and camellias. I understand the frustration with the lake going dry in the winter but I am told that it allowed to dry up because the spring and summer rains would cause flooding. Who knows. All I can saw is that it is a place of beauty.

Who paid? Where did the money come from?

We went to Paradise Park today. We parked our golf cart and walked the place, read all of the dedications on the benches , watched archery and went on. We plan on taking a picnic basket there and enjoying the views and each other.

Did I mention that I love my simple life?

Well, I do.

I am always happy to see things on the Historic side upgraded. It makes me feel confident that my investment in a newer area will be kept up as well. Again, let me state that the new Paradise park upgrade is beautiful.
