Are The Villages selling agents "Buyers Agents" or "Sellers Agents"? Do the agents have to follow the same Code of Ethics since they are not MLS agents?

The TV Realtor who showed me around during my Lifestyle visit made it perfectly clear that he was a sellers agent.

The Villages sales reps represent The Villages (new) or the sellers (resale), they sure don't represent you, so make sure you're very aware of that.
