Recommendation for concrete contractor?

We used Edge Concrete for same project. Try Mike Olive @ 352.267.9078 or office @352.430.1600. He filed all of the paperwork with the ARC. Used steel re-rod to reinforce

Just completed a job with Robert Robey Concrete. No money up front, very professional. Highly recommend.

Robert Robey did a terrible job on our sidewalks! Said he would come back and fix, but never did. Finally gave up chasing him. Son supervises the job, but then leaves and then you end up with only non english speaking guys.

Edge Concrete & Masonry just completed a unique patio for us. Mike Olive did an outstanding job detailing his quote. He took the time to explain various options available to us. The workers did an excellent job. No money up front, highly skilled workers, no cost overruns, on time, quality work. One happy customer.

From my experience.

Had a small backyard project all planned 2500-3500k.
Heard all good news about Edge and viewed some of their work.
Called up Edge, got an estimate filed at ARC using Edge as contractor. (I did not have a contract with Edge at this time.) I did expect a call back with date...nothing...for months.

I should say that the fellow from Edge was very nice, informative and he did say they were very busy with things in the new section.
As I did have other things to get on with, I gave them all the time to call back with a date.
No call back to set date or reject the project.

Finally went with T&D.

Bing-bang-BROOM!...lots of broom...very clean work and fast. Project over one month from estimate. They did have to re-file with ARC which took two weeks.

Apparently Edge can blow off a $3500 job without a courtesy call. Ok, glad they're working hard.
