Pics with cell phone

Is it possible to post pics and descriptions with a cell phone ? I cannot do it with a camera. I have a blackberry 10 I think it is called.

I'm not sure, but what I do is email the picture to myself. Then on my laptop I save the picture to my desktop. Next I post my text on TOTV and attach the picture. Has worked for me.
