Concert Series Tickets

As a relatively new resident of TV, I have been interested in purchasing Concert Series tickets for particular entertainment venues throughout TV. Concert Series tickets give the holder preference to particular show performances, however, these events are always "Sold Out" with no chance of attending if you are not a Concert Series ticket holder. Trying to contact the box office has been futile. Does anyone have information regarding how one goes about obtaining this particular ticket???????????
