Hello,
I would like to have some cabinets with shelves to hold books (need to be sturdy) and storage underneath. Perhaps a place for a counter top. Do they make such things at the wood shop on Rolling Acres? Does anyone know the name of someone who does such work?
OR a place to look for components that fit together that is higher quality than Ikea?
As always,
thanks for the help...

I have just the person who can help you. His name is Jimmy Jones ( J. J. ) he lives in the Villages and is actually a finish carpenter phone number 352-460-2173. Jimmy installed cabinets in my garage, redid my bedroom closet, all pretty tame for him. Give him a call and be sure to ask to see his portfolio amazing what he has built.
You will find J.J. , Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable, and a super nice person.

There is an IKA in Orlando if you can't find what you want.

Jimmy Jones did some built in bookcases for me also, and I'm very pleased with the work and price. :a040:

They do build special projects at the Wood Club shop. You pay for the materials and contribute a donation if you'd like, to the club. Go down to the shop and ask to talk to someone about what you want to do.
