I think your best bet is to continue to read here and also the contractors and services forum. There are many people who post on both that have good information on how reliable and trustworthy they are. Word of mouth is often the best way to get info. What better way to get info then from people who have utilized their services!

Becky, following the Feb 2nd tornado, the Villages Warranty Dept made available a 5-6 page list of licensed contractors who had a history of acceptable work in TV. I'd be surprised if the Warranty office still doesn't have copies available. If not one or more of us surely has saved this material for the future. George
