New bakery in wildwood - great!

Sweet Tables is the name of the new bakery in Wildwood. They bake bread, pastries, donuts, etc. They also make home made sandwiches and soups. Everything is home made including the mozzarela cheese and noodles in the chicken noodle soup. The decor is very welcoming.
They are located on the corner of the same block where Mom's Attic is. It use to be a women's consignment shop.:clap2:

On the same block as The Cotillion, but we stopped last week and they are closed.....supposedly for renovations, wth, the place was brand new:shocked:

I suspect that there are other reasons for the closed sign. There has not been any continuity of supply. Much of the breakfast pastries are not baked there. Also the prices are a bit high. Quality has been quite good, but I get the feeling that not much market research was done prior to opening and learning what your market really demands after you open can suck up a lot of cash.

I believe it was only last summer when some poster told of this new bakery in Wildwood and many other posters said they would go there for their bakery goods. It was delayed in opening until the fall. Now - closed?

What happened to a new business in Wildwood?

Hubby and I went there today (Wednesday) to get bread and found this bakery closed and a sign in the window that is for sale. So sad.
