Being new to TV, I'm not familiar with many of the bands and would like to get some recommendations. I personally prefer music from the 60's on, and good dance music. I'm not a huge Country fan, but some crossover is fine. I look forward to many trips to the Square for the entertainment and relaxation!

Lenny Wilson Quartet , Rocky and the Rollers has a big following all Rock and Roll, not my like but again he has a huge fan base.

Lenny Wilson, jazz and high quality, has a singer who is fantastic

Always popular is Uncle Bob's Rock Shop
The biggest requests are:

Beatles medley...Eagles " Hotel California" but surprisingly the biggest favorite is

the Villagers dancing to the Ramone's classic hit:

"I want to be sedated!"

Is there a way to find upcoming dates for specific bands?

Every Thursday's paper at the beginning of the month, has a pull-out of all bands, playing at the three squares, for the month.

I hope this helps!!

Posted daily in the newspaper Daily Sun---also the line up for the week. There is a monthly schedule that arrives with newspaper at end of month for the next month. You can also buy one at the Daily Sun Stand at Vendor Night---they charge .25 cents.

Agree Uncle Bob's Rock Shop is great!

Is there anything that shows what type of music each band plays? My music is totally different than my Moms! Imagine that! Is there anyone like Daniel O'Donnel for her?

Yes, Yes, yes..Bobby Blackmon!, watched the Super Bowl tonight instead of Bobby. Bobby would have been MUCH better

Went to see Bobby Blackmon instead of watching the Super Bowl, easy choice. Lenny Wilson is another favorite.

Check out this forum which I use a lot, it has the same listing you provided but much more besides just entertainment. VIRGINIA TRACE, THE VILLAGES, FLORIDA (http://www.virginiatrace.com/)

BTW. one of my favorite is "flashback". They played in Brownwood this past Sat. Also check out 'C Square' , both are excellent! I too love the 60's music.
