The Belvedere Library is now closed for renovations. Initially the staff said there would be a temporary site set up during the eight months the Library is closed. So far, no temporary site has been established.

If you are interesting in asking for a temporary site, I urge you to email your concern to the address given below. (This information was copied from the daily online newspaper).

I believe I read, it's slated to open up in September, after all the renovations are done.

I read someplace that if you had a book on reserve at Belvedere you will be able to pick it up at the Pinellas branch when it comes in.

There's always the big Sumter library on 466A, (near Powell Road). It has a great selection of books.

True. PPL has already contacted me about a book I reserved two weeks ago. Pinellas Plaza Library is the "back up" for Belvedere while it's closed.

That's the Pinellas Plaza Libarary, 2BNTV. It's on Powell Road but visible from CR466A.
