eye surgery for under eye bags and tent flap eyelids

So now my under the eye bags are no longer carry-ons but travel trunks. Some days my bags have bags. And that is just under my eye. My eyelids are like tent flaps and I am now thinking about corrective surgery. Has anyone had work on their eyes, by whom? I would appreciate your thoughts and recommendations, thanks

I had my eyelids done in Indianapolis three years ago at the suggestion of my eye doctor. I don't regret it and it sure made a difference for me. I would recommend having it done. As far as the under eye surgery, I don't know. Mine was not a bad surgery and I went home the same day.
