The prior thread was closed gracefully by admin after a last perfect post from Graciegirl. Applause for admin for the timely thread close, and to Gracie for...everything.

So glad that WE are hearing from you. As George Burns used to say, "Way to go Gracie" Your a class act, and your response is too!!!! Hope this means we will be seeing you on as usual again. I know the old thread is closed, so I thought I'd start a new thread, in response of the "Gracie-ious-ness" you responded to, in old thread. I'm sure all of us will be looking for your ever good words of wisdom!! Welcome Back:BigApplause::BigApplause::BigApplause:

I will be more sensitive to others feelings due to what I have learned from this. I feel that she has inspired many to be less critical of the viewpoint of others due to the kind why she handled this horrible situation. Yea Gracie...

And applause to you too Golfingnut. That is the takeaway lesson here, along with how careful we all must be out there on the internet.

I, for one, was struck by the very kind post of the Moderator when closing the thread. It takes a pretty brave woman to get through what GG has gone through lately and come out wiser on the other side. Personally, she is an inspiration to me because I get hurt very easily. I think Gracie teaches me something new each week. For that I thank her very much and I'm glad she will continue to share her unique self with us family on TOTV.

She has often helped me with her PMs when I am down about something or other posted on TOTV and the reactions to it. So glad that she is back on TOTV.

Parker, thank you for starting this thread as i had missed Gracie's post and the closing of the other thread...am so glad that Gracie is back and as usual so wise about having experience by our age with handling hurt....but don't assume blame, Gracie! we kind people tend to do that and it is not right. no blame needs to be assigned until we stand before our Father in heaven and he reads our hearts for himself.

I don't always drink kool-aid, but when I do, I prefer Gracie's kool-aid. Stay upbeat my friends.

I have not been on TOTV for a few weeks now, so I must have missed something, but Gracie, you get two big thumbs up from me! You are a gracious and welcoming Villager.:thumbup:
