I hear it is a lot of fun and great photo opportunities - cost is $60 for the BBQ and mingling.

The real BBQ is the one which has KCBS cooking teams and sanctioned judges. It was held about 2 weekends ago at Tigertown in Lakeland. There is another KCBS event being held in Tampa on the 22nd. Go to Kansas City Barbeque Society (http://KCBS.us) for all the information. Contest quality BBQ is the best you will ever have. The KCBS BBQ event is held in Lakeland every January.
