Is skateboarding allowed in The Villages?

I know of no prohibition against boards. There is no skate park that I know of. You could use the multi modal trail but that would be dangerous in my opinion, but I do see a few inline skaters on the trail. Sidewalk surfing should be ok but keep your eye out for long leashes. Parking lots in rec centers could be iffy, although some are not to busy in some areas. Good luck, I gave up my board about 30 years ago.
