What is happening in these country club restraurants?,are the hostesses running the show?.
This is not about the food or anything or else wrong with the restaurant,because every thing there is just about perfect,with the exception of the hostess.
Monday evening at 4pm my wife and I went to Legacy Restaurant (Nancy Lopez)
Upon arriving we told the hostess we would sit at the bar and at 445 pm. or so we would like to be seated in the sun room if possible,(there were many tables still avilable at that time 445pm.) if not any place would be ok. It was ok with her she would take care of it. At 515 pm. (I think our name was deleted) we were never called and our pager never went off,upon inquiring about our table we were told that no tables were available and that we would be put on the wait list. We waited and 20 minutes we were seated.
Upon telling the manager the next morning about the hostess' goof he informed us that they were very busy and said he was sorry.
I think he should realize, that the reason he is busy is because it is people like us that keep him busy,and also he should reprimand the hostess that treated us like second class customer.
