Does anyone have a suggestion as to where we can rent or borrow a wheelchair, shower seat & handicap bars for around toilet while my mother visits for a week? Would need from 2/26 thru 3/5 or 6. Call 859-750-1667 or PM message me. Thanks for any ideas.

We recently borrowed a wheelchair from The Village Homeowner's Association - Helping Hands. A friend of ours has borrowed a four-wheel walker from them. They have other durable equipment for loan.

As far as I know they do not charge for the loans. It's supposed to be for members of the Association, but when I called they did not ask if we were members.

In appreciation for the loan I started our membership. I think it was something like $10 a year.
