I noticed today on our 7' Sylvester palm trunk 3/4 of the way up 3-4 new fronds growing with a flowery beige small seed on them.
What is this? A date seed or fruit? Do I let these grow or prune them off the trunk?
I would appreciate some ones input on this.
Thank You

Judging from what you are describing, it is the flower of new seeds coming out. No, if that is what it is, you will not harm the palm by cutting it off. Can you insert a photo? At any rate, I'm pretty sure that is what you are describing and unless you want the seeds to start new trees, feel free to get rid of it.

We love our Sylvester palm. We had something similar on our tree. The landscaper who planted the tree said to leave it.
I think you should call a landscaper like Fairfield Farms or Terrascape. Sylvester palms are so beautiful, you don't want to take any chances.

So what was the growth? What did it turn out to be?
