This study says that if someone is lonely, it leads to a 14% greater chance of dying. I don't mean to be a downer. But my hope is that if you know someone who has lost someone recently or even a while ago, jump in your golf cart and go visit and spend some time with them. If you can do it regularly even better. It gives them something to look forward to.
