Tree lighting

Is the tree lighting Friday or Saturday night? My husband and I want to drive up for it. We are burying St. Joseph tomorrow. I received him in the mail from my daughter-in-law.
Hope he works for me.

I asked this question a week or two ago and was told it was to be Dec 1st.

No time was given (except from Jan who said "Christmas Time!!!)
