New Condo's

Does anyone have any info regarding the new condo development being built on 466 right before you get to Rolling Acres heading east? I don't believe it is another assisted living development. It is not in the villages, but on the outskirts. It does say on a billboard that they are selling pre-construction now.

If the sign says they are selling pre construction now, there must be a phone number to call?

Perhaps if any of us drive by we can jot the number down and post it here? Or would that be considered advertising for the condos? Or we could call the number and report back with the info the OP has asked about.

I have been hoping that TV would build and offer some new moderate priced Condos. But I understand why when what they are doing is working so well? I put Condo's needed in the last several surveys.

Condo's outside TV without amenities---don't do much for me. If the sign says pre-construction sales then likely Condos.
