Custom Scapes

Hired Custom Scapes in June to do some landscaping. The four wax myrtles that were planted at the side of the house were just awful, but they assured me that they would fill in and be fine or they would replace them if they didn't fill in. They looked worse than what I had taken out. I had Lance come out to show him how awful they still looked after eight months and he refused to replace them. They are very nice when they come to give you a price for the job, but after that they don't want to hear anything. I would never recommend this company. I have never written a review on anyone before, but this company is the worst that I have ever dealt with and I don't want anyone else to throw their money away like I did.

3 of us on the same street are very happy with the work Lance and his crew performed. Others are happy with them in our neighborhood.
They just trimmed palm trees they planted a few months ago without being asked.
They redid a driveway where water was getting in the garage amongst other things.
Don't know your situation but things happen.
I recommend them.
