Ha Ha When I first read your post I had a picture coming to mind of you trying to crawl out of a sand trap or using a ladder to climb out. Wrong!!!! Yes, there are places in TV where you can practice your sand trap shots. I'm not sure about the other Championship Courses, but, Glenview has a practice trap located behind the practice green near the the driving range. I'm sure it isn't the only one around.

Palmer Legends has a sand trap practice area behind the Golf Academy and Golf Club shop.

I get a lot of practice at #5 on Briarwood and #5 on Walnut Grove - just to mention a couple.

Amen to that. You take the stance. You do the mechanics. You swing. You get out or you don't. If you do get out, you are on the green or over it.

You're right there, I agree, and was tongue in cheek, but on the other hand, if all the bunkers we play out of were as perfect as the ones they play out of on tour, although, all that I have played at TV are fine, but not same from course to course, but on the other hand, that's what I liked about what they have started to do at The Memorial, and U.S.Open the last few years, to make the bunkers more penal for the REAL players. Did i ramble? ::) gotta watch it, or this phantom topic :cop: might get me!! :dontknow:
