My son and a friend will be visiting us soon and I would like to sign up for their guest passes on-line if possible. They are coming in late at night and would like to get them the next morning as i think we will be "off and running". I thought I stumbled upon this feature at one time but can not find it anywhere. Does anyone know if this is still available on-line?

Thank you in advance, Linda:pepper2:

Linda, it's so easy just follow these instructions:

Guest Pass ID Application

Looking for Guest ID’s? Please go to the District Government website to request your Guest ID’s. You will find the “Guest ID Card Service” link on the left hand side of this of the Village Community Development Districts (http://www.districtgov.org) (that would be the districtgov "dot" org website.

Hi Linda. You can pick up guest passes without your guests being with you. We've done that a couple of times.

It's actually easier to do it online than the paper application. I just did it for my guests. A dropdown menu gives you the option of what rec center to pick it up in about 3 days time. Super easy.

I have gotten guest passes for friends and family at Savannah Center (closest to me). It takes less than 5 minutes to fill out the paper at the Center and they give you the pass right away - and explain any questions you may have - mainly guests are not allowed to use a sports pool and must be at least 30 years old to use a resident pool. Younger must use a family pool.

Thank you so much everyone. I have now placed this in my favorites and will complete a few days before they arrive. It is nice to know I can pick them up the day they arrive. I knew this was the site to use for answers. You are all the best. Thanks again to all!:bigbow:
Enjoy your evening.

Thanks Buggyone, Both of our children are in their mid 20's so we are familiar with the family pool and the pool policies, but appreicate the reminders.

You're going to need to know birthdays.

Hope they have a lovely time. My memories of my grandparent's life will be so different than the young people who come here to see us.

They will think positively about growing older.

Most people would like to move here right now.

And the nice part is once they are in the system the next time all you do is give their name, your ID and they print them out intro seconds. Like someone else said I always pick them a few days before guests come.

Is there a limit on how long a guest can stay? We have a caregiver who may stay with us for a couple of months.

Has anyone had a problem with the online process. I keep getting that my ID or pin number are incorrect?
