Hi. I am in need of the name of an Internal Medicine/Primary Care Physician with the following criteria:
1-Located in the Spanish Springs / Hwy 27/441 area.
2-Doctor who accepts assignment from Medicare & assignment from one's GAP (secondary) insurance - but DOES NOT BILL THE PATIENT for any balance for services rendered.

I realize this may be a tall order. Is there such a doctor in the area? Thanks.
