Grandkids Activities?

Our son, daughter in law, and grandkids ages 4 and 2 are coming for their first visit in a couple of weeks. We plan to take them to the pools and the squares, but I would be interested to hear of some of your grand children's favorite activities in The Villages. They are coming from the frozen north, so just enjoying the wonderful Florida weather will be a treat, but I would appreciate any other suggestions.

Legoland

With little children that age, they will enjoy the beach on Fort Island Trail at the end of Route 44 in Crystal River. Follow it west, you'll end up there. It has picnic pavilions and a small beach with almost no waves.

Homasassa State Park by Crystal River is interesting with the manatees and other animals.

And especially Lu the hippo, resident at Homosassa for many years!
