Does any one know if there is a real estate investment club in The Villages?

When I saw this post... the first question I had was, define club.

Is the club:

A) People yakking... swapping war stories, fish stories about the one that got away, and info about flipping houses

B) A legal entity of a group of people with mutually owned funds in real estate investments as defined by the SEC.
