How to I get an item bumped?

I have a golf cart for sale on items for sale, I edited the post and reduced the price and asked for it to be bump. It's still about 14 pages back. What am I missing?

Just reply to the post and it should go to the top. Reply with "bump" or "ttt" (to the top)
