Congrats. Best wishes as you start living the dream.
Crisper's luncheon, is every third Friday of the month, with the next one being on April 18th at 3 PM, in The Southern Trace Shopping Mall, on 466. To the left of Publix.
You can meet follow posters, from TOTV. I plan on being there.

Welcome! You will love it here. Don't worry about your golf game. Take a few lessons (I use Wade Martin who works out of Lopez & Palmer) and he's really helped me. Then start your own golf group of beginners. When I first started learning I was too embarrassed to play with anyone. A friend (who was an excellent) golfer told me to do this. It was the best advise ever. Not only have all of our games improved, we have all become great friends. We support each other in and off the course - even if our best hole is always Hole 10!

Being a new golfer myself I wished I had a group like that to join. I do hope Hole in 10 comes to crispers on the 18th.

If golf scores were stated in words instead of numbers you will find that you fit right in with the rest of us horrible golfers who make up most of the golfing population, but one would never know that by listening to the golf talk.
Golfers have fishermen beat....by a bunch.
Play social golf and leave the score to those who think they need it.
