Saturday Night Dance At Captiva Rec Center

I just wanted to say Vinyl Recall, really rocked at this dance.

PammyJ has a great voice, along with Roy, with DougB on the guitar. They played a variety of rock-n-roll songs, and I'll speak for myself, "They Were Great".

I went to this dance, and was the only single person there, until Miss Kitty showed up, as she was true to her word.

For those who didn't come but said they were, you missed a great time. PammyJ was also the keyboard accompianist, and Roy played drums when the the group was joined by Jim, (aka, Winston Boogie). They started playing Beatles songs.

How could you go wrong?

Great time, and night, was had by all!!!!

I agree and you weren't the only single person there until Kitty showed up, Maureen is single too. Great fun to see everyone, couples and singles alike.

I'm so busy right now getting my house ready for sale that by the end of the day, I'm done!!!!! I wanted to come so badly to see all of you and hear the band, but I just couldn't "muster" up the strength to come out!! I really, really, really wanted to go, but remember, I'm OLD!!!!

Vinyl Recall, you were awesome. Pammy, you can sing girl! Doug, Jim, Roy - you were great! It was great being with all of my buddies from the Talk of the Villages and The Beatle Maniacs. Kudos to the Saturday Night Dance Club for a great first meeting. We had a good time and will be there next month. It is nice to be able to dance if you choose (not required regardless of the club name) and socialize with friends old and new. The band is talented and entertaining and not so loud that you can't have a conversation while enjoying the music.
