Yes, it's official. I received this email earlier from the Irish American Club.

To all Parade Participants,

Due to heavy rain forecasts, the Irish Parade and the Festival scheduled for Monday, March 17th has been postponed until Tuesday March 18th at 3:30 pm. Everything that was planned for Monday remains the same for Tuesday.
