Have a special birthday for someone coming up and looking for a great birthday cake. Not like the cakes sold at Publix, Walmart, or Sams. Looking for a denser cake with a butter cream icing. Any thoughts or suggestions? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There's some yummy looking ones at Too Jays, and Fresh Market must sell cakes as well.

I agree with Cotillian's. I pre-ordered a cake there for a special occasion and everyone was satisfied including my daughter who is picky with her cakes as I taught her how to bake since a young age. This pleased me as the cake was for her and her new husband. :)

We used Donna's Dream Cakes on 301. Could not have been more pleased! Cake designed as a tiki bar on the ocean. Not only looked great, tasted wonderful and extremely reasonable in price. Would recommend for any occasion. She is extremely talented!
