Help please.
I have a sudden yearning for some good baby back ribs. But I like them best with a dry rub, because I think barbecue sauce covers up the flavor of the meat too much. When I fix them at home I just use a little garlic salt and coarse ground black pepper.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

You don't like Oakwood's baby back ribs? I have eaten many ribs at many places across the country and found no better than Oakwood. Very reasonable too.

Another vote for Oakwood. But if you want some dry ribs this is the place.

He has won all kind of awards for his dry ribs.

Unless Burke's started in the last few weeks---they do not cook Baby Backs. I have no idea why?
