Hi-Lites using cap...not foils?????

I am looking for a good stylist that will hi-lite my short hair using a cap. I don't like the look of foil hi-lites on my hair. I need a good cutting stylist as well. Anyone out there have a suggestion?

Tonia Smith at the Mane Parlour will hi-lite your hair using a cap. She also gives a great haircut and if your not pleased she will work until you are. Tonia has been in the area for at least 12 years.

I go to Dana at Tuscany Day Spa & Salon right here in Sumter Landing. She uses a cap to highlight my short hair and does a fantastic job - LOVE HER!

I'm just curious! What do they charge?

The cap highlight at Tuscany is $69 and a cut/shampoo/finish is $46 - if you are interested in other services you can stop in and pick up a price list. I have been very happy with them.
