Is there a renter's club at TV? If so what are particulars and contact procedures?

Hughr, I have to assume the listing in TV Recreation listing http://districtgov.org/slcdd/recreation/index.asp is accurate. It does not include a renter's club. Seems like a legitimate excuse to get together and have a few cocktails. Wonder why no one's considered it or maybe they have and there was no real interest.
