as a contractor to do their lanai?

Don't. He was sent as a sub for a job being done for me. Acts very polite but did a shoddy installation and would not return calls. He is related to Martin Aluminum owner - don't do business with them either!!!!!

You could ask him for references for ones he has done. I know my husband when he does them he will give out references to clients for specific jobs. Jspornhauer

Do NOT be afraid, he is a real craftsman, and gentleman. He did ours and a 20' by 40' Pergola. He was fast and fair. Come and take a look.
