Why is it when certain senior posters edit their posts it does not show as edited?
There are many posts which have been edited but do not have the edit footnote.

Has that feature been changed?

I always thought the "reason for the edit" part was optional. Sometimes I go back in to edit spelling or grammar on my posts but don't give any reason for editing, because I'm just sort of doing housekeeping on it.

:agree:

I edit my post for spelling errors and or grammatical mistakes. I only give reason if I change the content of the post, and or, have addiional thoughts.

Me too, that's exactly what I do. I review it for spelling and grammar but only comment on what I edited IF I change the content of the post.

How do you determine senior posters?

It says what you are under your name. You are a sage, but at one time you were a senior.
