I have been buying fish such as grouper, cobia, tuna, and so on from a really nice guy named Danny. His business is" Lighthouse" seafood. Top quality and I grill the filets. Call him for special requests 407-271-3432.He is opening a store soon on 466near Fairway Christian church. Tell him Dennis recommended him.

We've been buying our fish from Lighthouse Seafood for more than a year. Great selection and worth every penny. Danny also does special orders, and his mom's grouper cakes are delicious!

We found Danny three years ago. Coming from the cold waters of the North East I struggled to find QUALITY FISH . Danny has the best (see u in June). CT

The ONLY true fresh from boat fish anywhere in or near the villages. Not cheap.
Sweetbay on Canal at one time were good because they had 1st pick over all Sweetbays
in Florida. A deal made years back because they were number 1 sales store. That ended months ago. Head to Lighthouse and pay for the best.

Buy from Danny every Sat. at Brownwood Farmers Market - love that the fish is fresh and love those crab stuffed portabello. Usually buy mahi, grouper and salmon but gonna try the trigger fish next time, too. If you don't like fish, it probably wasn't cooked right. Very fine line between being raw and over cooked.
