Just a reminder that our first meeting is next week.

This craft group has been formed for both beginners and anyone else who wants to share their knowledge of crocheting, knitting, cross stitch, needlepoint, etc. - hence the name Hooks & Needles. Don't be shy if you are a beginner as everyone starts somewhere. If you are more skilled, perhaps you would be willing to help pass on your knowledge.

If you are interested in learning or sharing, please come join in the fun. Our first meeting will be on Tuesday, April 15th from 10 to 12 at the Big Cypress Recreation Center in Pinellas. Thereafter, we will meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month.

If you wish to learn to crochet, please bring some yarn and a size G or H crochet hook. If you wish to learn to knit, again please bring some yarn and a pair of size 8 or 10 knitting needles. If you wish to cross stitch or needlepoint, you will need to have some sort of basic kit to work with. Those of you who already have "works in process" can bring those to work on.

Should you have questions, please feel free to call Diane at (352) 633-6174.

Thank you Kitty. I'm hoping we have some good times together once we get started.

Love the new group. I am doing a needlepoint. Won't be able to come this Tues. See you next time. Again, thank you.

Diane can you shoot my wife Mary Ann Longman (malongman@comcast.net) an email. We are brand new to TV (actually moving down in less than 2 weeks) she is super knitter.
