Stephanie Ingram,MD and her staff have mishandled blood test results, told my wife a biopsy report was incomplete when Dr. Chandra, surgeon, had sent it to my wife and Ingram's office. My wife condition has been hampering her leg since December. Dr. Ingram's secretary does not understand anything except collecting copays. My wife and I both have Masters degrees, and Michele has worked as a Medical Secretary for 26 years. I worked in Pharmaceutical production for 31 years. We find Dr. Ingram's lack of sense of urgency repulsive. Buyer be aware.

Medically, PANDAS usually refers to pediatric autoimmune neurological disorders associated with streptococcus. I don't see how it would apply here. I am sorry that the OP had such a bad experience. Nothing can be more frustrating than a front office that gives off a non-caring vibe and is not efficient. Many good doctors are poor office managers.
