Be careful working with this landscaper. They are Tim and Jessica Banks and have done lots of work in the Village of Collier. They do not finish work contracted for. I made the mistake of paying them because they almost completed the job except for one small remaining item. It has been weeks and numerous calls and no response. Never pay anyone in full until the job is completely done as they have done this to other Collier neighbors as well. If you use them make sure they complete everything before paying them.

Same experience here. Dont trust them. Dont deal with them they are crooks.

A few people I know reported them to Seniors vs Crime. It took a while for them to get their money back but they finally did. I would not get involved with them.

For those of us new to The Villages, is there a company name we should avoid or do they do business as individuals?

We are getting landscaping quotes and appreciate the information.

use a contractor that is registered with the state of florida. ask to see their insurance documentation and then contact the insurance company to make sure that the policy is still in effect. get recommendations from other customers and call them to make sure that they are real. and never, never pay up front.

If anyone sees Residential Resources working around TV please post. Anyone unfortunate to have contracted with them needs to be warned not to pay until they are sure the work is complete and done right!

Reported Residential Resources aka Tim & Jessica Banks to Seniors vs. Crime yesterday. Multiple complaints regarding these crooks have been filed. They operate under other business aliases. The address shown on their letterhead is 2 Bahia Lane, Ocala, Fl. 34472. Their phone # is 352 445-2870. Beware, these two are rip off artists. Their promises are blatant lies. They exist to steal from their customers.

If I had seen this earlier I would not have hired them.

We did hire them and the job was done to our satisfaction, quickly and on budget.
I had read in another thread not to pay any landscapers in advance, so I didn't.
Hiring Residential Resources worked out well for us. YMMV.
