kB Construction are they good.

I want to use KB to enclose my lanai.
Has anyone one had any problems?

I've found they do a good job. The only issue is that they don't seem to get it done quite when promised -- close but not quite. This seems to be more of an issue with subcontractors they use than the work actually done by the brothers.
