Day care hit & run

The guy who caused the death of a 4yrold was out on bail for another hit & run. I don't think he'll get bail this time

They showed the bail hearing live on Fox 35 about 9:30 this morning. The judge had set bail at $100K and then the D.A. spoke up and asked that he would be held without bail. They needed to file some sort of motion, which they hadn't done, so the judge gave them until Monday to do so.
