If you normally don't read the "ALL ABOUT GOLF CARTS AND THINGS" forum you may want to take a look. The thread subject is: "YAMAHA AND "CARTS AND CLUBS OF OCALA" REFUSING TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY". This info also applies to Carts sold by the Villages stores.
You could have warranty issues?

Not sure what your talking about here? I have 2 older carts I purchased from The Villages stores and they have always honored my Yamaha Warranty. From what they tell me their agreement with Yamaha demands they do. The store personnel did mention that if the governor on the gas carts is set higher than 20 it could invalidate the warranty. From what a neighbor told me his cart that he purchased from a Yamaha dealer in Ocala was set by them at 25 MPH. Florida law is 20 MPH max for a golf cart. Right off the bat your looking for trouble, with the law and warranty.
