Looking for someone who knows how to make Kefir.

I have kefir growing on my counter but I am up north now but if I were in TV I would share my kefir grains as they grow and grow. Google kefirlady.com and she will send you real grains, made from her goats milk, with complete instructions for $20 and will last forever if you take care of them. I am sure you already know the incredible health benefits. 80% of the immune system is in the gut. It is an acquired taste but you get used to it, sort of winey and sour. Add a little real maple syrup if it is too sour for you. Do not add honey, it can kill the bacteria. A good glass is the healthiest thing you can do.

Hi, I just saw your post. I make vegetarian kefir and have grains that you can have. They multiply! Started out with a small amount and have quite a bit now. Can also give you the directions. If you are interested, shoot me an answer. I live in Virginia Trace.
