Does anyone know of a handyman who installs tile flooring? We think the quotes we've been given are quite high.

Having a lot of work done at a recently purchased property. Called Luke Sementino...Could only get him to come out for an estimate, or call me back after 10:30 am...and then every other word was something like "bare with me, I'm just waking up". Crazy!

Make sure any electrical work is done by a licensed electrician. I have been screwed twice by these all in one guys. Shame on me.
Btw - this post was not in response to Highroller I have never used their service. Just a general response.

BE CAREFUL.. You get what you pay for, Like one guy hired a cheap contractor to put down wood floor. Well year later its turning black from moisture coming up through the concrete. He did not seal it first, figured the glue would seal it ... WRONG..... he has to tear it all up and start over. Best to get a warranty with a good contractor with references. In the long run it is cheaper.

There was someone named Handie or something close who used to be a favorite of TOTV. I used him four years ago, and he was excellent. Maybe someone has his contact info.
