Friends of mine just bought a home in TV and are looking for an insurance company for a homeowner's policy. I went through The Villages Insurance Company a couple of years ago and have given them the contact number.
However, when I search on the Internet, I don't find an insurance company with that name. Does anyone know if TV still owns an insurance company (actually I believe they operate as a broker that does business with multiple insurance companies)?
Any other company you would recommend?
Thank you.

Yes they have 7 offices around the Villages, In all three squares and Pinella's and Colony as well as some other's on North side. All offices are golf cart accessible. They are owned 50% by The Villages There represent various homeowner companies. Stop by one of their offices and they will gladly provide you with various options. They also sell auto insurance.

EXCELLENT AGENT IS Kathy Koppell at Andy Anderson Agency in Leesburg-She has all the "specs' of every house in the Villages so all you need to do is tell her what/year AND they give auto quotes via AARP discount.
