Ok, I heard a story I'm not sure is true or not. Sounds weird to me. I heard that when you buy a home at TV you own the house but are only leasing the land, for like 60 years. In all my reading I haven't even seen this "fact" hinted at, so I assume (my rather adamant) friend is completely mistaken. TIA

I heard that there really is a Santa Claus and he lives in North Carolina, not the North Pole.

In TV you buy you own the land.

Thanks guys. I was 98.3% sure that was the case. North Pole, North Carolina, both are too far north. Santa's eyes are set on TV!
