Does the The Villages water bill isolated the lawn irrigation water usage?
Seeking input in order to resolve surface drainage issue that Contractor/Builder is attributing to overwatering of lawn.
Thanks in advance for your input.

If you live north of 466, you have one meter for all your water usage.
If you live south of 466, you have one meter for outside use and one meter for inside use. It will be divided on your water bill.
Check the left side of your bill for gallons used. Water and irrigation will be listed separately.
Here's a link to what the average water usage is.

My guess is you probably live south of 466 since you have a dispute with the builder. It may be helpful to read the irrigation water meter yourself and record how much you're using when the sprinklers are scheduled to come on. Doing that helped us manage our system and determine whether or not we had a leak.
